农特资源 江山市是农林牧渔全面发展的优质高产农业区，畜牧业发达，盛产猕猴桃、板栗、柑桔、枇杷等20多种优良水果，特产极为丰富。江山是“中国猕猴桃之乡”，全市人工栽培面积近5万亩，鲜果进入钓鱼台国宾馆，畅销海内外；江山是“中国白鹅之乡”，年饲养白鹅650万羽，建有中国最大的白鹅交易市场；江山又是“中国白菇之乡”，年产江山白菇1.4亿袋，产量位居全国县（市）首位；江山还是“中国蜜蜂之乡”，拥有蜂群25万箱，位居全国县（市）之冠，蜂产品资源丰富，直接可供特色绿色农产品深加工的开发。江山产仙霞牌“绿牡丹”茶叶获全国名茶评比第二名，香飘海内外。白毛乌骨鸡是江山传统名产，为家禽类珍品，是“乌鸡白凤丸”、“中华乌鸡精”等中药、滋补品的必用配方，年饲养量达110多万羽。
矿产资源 江山市的地下矿藏有石灰石、莹石、白云石、原煤、磷矿石、铝土、粘土、大理石、花岗岩、硅灰石等20余种，其中石灰石、石煤资源储藏量巨大，有利于建材工业发展。

Farming resources
Jiangshan is an agricultural producing area with high quality and high yield in agriculture, forest, animal husbandry and fishery. It produces over 20 kinds of high quality fruits such as kiwi fruit, Chinese chestnut, orange and loquat, etc. It has developed in animal husbandry and riches in feature resources. Jiangshan enjoys the title of The Hometown of Kiwi Fruits in China, and the cultivated area reaches 50,000 mu. Kiwi fruits here has been entered into the Fishing Hotel in Beijing and sold well at home and abroad. Being a Hometown of White Goose in China, Jiangshan breeds 6.5 million geese annually and owns the biggest transaction market in white goose in China. Jiangshan is also named a Hometown of White Mushroom for 140 million bags output of it annually, which ranks the first nation wide. Jiangshan is famous for bee resource, which ranks the first in the nation for ten years, and enjoys the title of Hometown of Honey in China. Xianxia brand Lumudan Tea produced in Jiangshan ranks the second during the competition of Chinese Well-known Tea. Jiangshan white-feather & black-bone chicken is a kind of special local product and one of the rare chickens in China. It is also a kind of rare nourishing poultry. There are over 1.1 million chickens bred in the city annually.
Mineral resources
There are several kinds of underground mineral resources in Jiangshan, such as limestone, fluorite, dolomite, raw coal, stone coal, phosphorus ore, alum clay, marble, granite, wollastonite and so on. Among these, the reserves of limestone and stone coal are abundant, which is propitious to the development of building materials industry.
